Return Policy

1. No Refunds on Monthly Plans: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access to your dashboard and subdomain until the end of the current billing cycle, but no partial-month refund will be issued. 2. Annual Plans (Pro-rated Refunds): If you purchase an annual plan and cancel within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund (terms and conditions apply. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you may downgrade to a monthly plan at the next renewal. 3. Downgrades If you downgrade from a "Pro" plan to a "Free" plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are given for unused time on the higher plan. 4. What If the Platform Has an Outage? We strive for 99.9% uptime. If we have a verified outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours, you may request a service credit (not cash refund) equal to the downtime period. This does not apply to scheduled maintenance. 5. Disputes with Your Own Customers We do not issue refunds for disputes between you and your customers. If your customer wants a refund for a product they bought from your store, you must refund them. We are not responsible for your store's refund policy. You must publish your own refund policy on your subdomain.
