Shop Owners (people who sign up for a subdomain and dashboard).
End Customers (people who buy from those Shop Owners).
1. Information We Collect Directly (From Shop Owners):
Account Info - Name, email, business address, phone number.
Payment Info - Credit card details (stored by Stripe/PayPal, not us).
Usage Data - Dashboard logins, products added, sales analytics, template choices.
Store Content - Product images, prices, and inventory levels you upload to your dashboard.
2. Information We Collect Automatically:
IP Address & Browser Type: To prevent fraud and optimize template loading.
Cookies: To keep you logged into your dashboard.
3. How We Use Your Information (Shop Owner)
To create your subdomain and set up your template.
To display your sales analytics and inventory reports on your dashboard.
To send you billing invoices and platform updates.
To improve our platform (e.g., which template features are most used).
4. Who We Share Your Information With
Hosting Providers (AWS/Google Cloud): To store your store data.
Payment Processors (Stripe/PayPal): To process your subscription payment.
Support Tools (Aksharplus): To answer your questions.
5. Important: Your Responsibility for Your Customers' Data
You (the Shop Owner) are the data controller for your own customers.
When a customer buys from your store, you collect their name, address, and payment info.
We do not see or store your customer data unless you explicitly integrate with our APIs.
You must post your own Privacy Policy on your subdomain, informing your customers how you handle their data.
6. Data Retention
Shop Owner Data: We keep your account data for 3 months after you cancel, or longer if required by tax law.
Analytics Data: Sales tracking data is kept to help you analyze trends.
7. Your Rights (Shop Owner)
Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you (not your customers).
Deletion: Request account deletion. Note: This will delete your subdomain and all your product listings.
8. Security
We use SSL encryption on all dashboards and subdomains. However, you are responsible for using a strong password for your dashboard.
